• Startup
  • Read omax startup check list and verify values shown in the manual.
  • Charge pump deviation no more than 20 PSI. If more change both filters always.
  • Check oil level regularly through side port.
  • Verify water is comming through all 3 tubes in the pump.
  • Always run a wateronly high pressure test before shutting down to clear the mixing tube of abrasive.
• Rotate carbide mixing tube every 7 hours of cutting. Tube costs 18K, can last for 80 hours if used properly.
